Since 2020, Andre has been a key collaborator with the African American Alliance for Homeownership, bringing essential home energy assessments and recommendations to local families.
A standout project under his leadership was the Cooling Portland Program, supported by the Portland Clean Energy Fund (PCEF). This initiative saw Andre and his dedicated team install over 1000 free air conditioning units for Portland’s vulnerable residents.
His commitment goes beyond energy services; it’s about empowering the local community to play an active role in the clean energy movement, one home at a time.
